I dont know were to start with hoops. This place is absolute garbage. Service and management is extremely rude. Food is crap and by the way dont let the bugs on the ground bother you while you are eating. Overall this place was absolute SHI*. Be careful for a server named shannon very rude I have never been asked for a bigger tip before by a server. NEVER going back again. Thanks hoops........ for nothing.

Ok people. I love Hoops. I have been going to Hoops for over 10 years to the Yonge location. I have recently moved to Missisauga and I can say that in the begining they have had some issues. Neverthless, they have ironed out some of their food and staff problems and the floors are now fixed. Its is now the Hoops I have known and loved for 10 years. Credit to the Hoops management, they have worked hard to make this location work. I will be back on Tuesday for some cheap $4.99 and delicious wings. I love the staff there now.

I agree with you Maria and Johny. The wings are delicious. I am a Hoops fan as well. I have recently won a pair of Hockey tickets there. Did I mentioned they were box seats. I am happy Hoops person now. Go Leafs GO !!!!!!

In all fairness to the Mississauga Hoops it just opened in March of this year the floor was a problem but they did close for a day and laid all new floors. The staff there now is really friendly and more experienced and the food is good. Great place to go to watch a game with more than sixty t.v.'s and they now have free pool also

Yeah, i went to the new mississauga one. There was a menu that didnt put everything they had on it. When it is new you dont know what they sell. What a joke, poor manager or maybe just a jerk off. The floors were damage from rain or something. They tried to cover it up with chairs and tables. I think the government should check them out.

I went to the hoops in Mississauga. Its new. It was horrible. The roof leaked. The floors were hard to walk on. The menu didnt have wings on it. They do sell wings but dont like to advertise it i guess. The waitress didnt know any prices or the difference in price of regular compared to the special. There was a chef in the back trying to fix the floors he was swearing and saying the f word in the middle of hoops. We all left the place it was in April 09.

I was just at the keele street location for lunch, and boy was I disappointed!

the potato skins were a joke, first it took a very long time for the order to arrive, there were 5 halves of potato, very thin potato, they were tasteless, and cost 9.99
